1. What products do you engrave?
We specialize in stainless steel drinkware including water bottles, tumblers, and mugs all laser engraved for a crisp, permanent finish.

2. What file types can I upload for engraving?
We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best results, please send a high-resolution file (minimum 1000 × 1000 pixels).

3. How long does engraving take?
Most orders are completed within 2-5 business days after artwork approval. Large or bulk orders may take a little longer If you need them by a specific day please email me at carlscupco@gmail.com so we can work out a time frame.

4. Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.

5. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer free hand delivery within 15 miles of our business in Clinton Twp, MI for orders over $200.

6. Can I order just one custom piece?
Absolutely — we happily engrave single items as well as large orders.

7. What’s your return policy?
Because each piece is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you have an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

8. How do I care for my engraved drinkware?
For the longest life, we recommend hand washing your engraved pieces. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
